“It has been overall a good experience to be able to take my first AIHR academy course in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging 2.0, as this was a new certificate and a field that I was not familiar with, but I could learn a lot from great professors like Fons Trompenaars or famous DEI consultants like Risha Grant.”

“Unfortunately, this course was not what I expected. I found it extremely challenging and in my opinion, would require one to already have a strong foundation in Excel, Power BI, and Statistical Analysis. It was like a crash course on too many topics at once.”

“Guys, the materials were great and I learned a ton. Adding progress bars would help. However, the capstone projects had absolutely nothing to do with the materials. You did not use any of the other formats (why, what, who) or the persona one. It was a guessing game and I had to download other people's to make up the answers. I'm truly disappointed and will stop my membership.”

“The actual setup and support and amount of free resources are excellent! The actual content of the course is so-so. It's very basic in a lot of parts, but still a great refresher and reminder.”

“It has been more than 2 years I subscribe and use AIHR platform to learn and acquire new skills on HR. Overall experience it's good. However, for the 'Digital HR' course I took, I felt that the material was too broad and lengthy. Perhaps in the future, AIHR can review, restructure or simplify its syllabus and course.”
