It was a good experience to learn key factors if you have never done Compensation before.

Challenging to relate to the On hands learning, as we use HR data differently. Power Bi videos was using an older version and made it challenging to keep up and complete the activities.

Well grounded templates. Some of the tutors however are not so engaging.

I truly enjoyed learning all the different aspects from DEIB. Very rich information and applicable most of the time. This is where I am a bit weary. The reality is as Trompenaars describes: messy and a definitely not polarised. So, theory should also follows this for all the course materials- I find myself often frustrated with models that simply cannot be applied. The same counts for the D&I survey results: YOu would never be able to see names, performance reviews and income compared to how they voted in surveys. I loved the lesson about pivot tables, but it is totally irrealistic that private data can be analysed with inclusion experiences. I took my 8months to get a survey and their questions accepted from compliance and legal in 7 countries before sending out and another 6 months to communicate about the results to avoid legal cases. I am happy to have followed this course as it gave me confirmation about what I knew, deeper insights in some topics and a lot of refreshing input from Trompenaars. Thanks for making this possible. I am happy I was able to complete as currently have a little 'online learning' overload.

As mentioned before, I expected this program to be more practical and hands-on. Unfortunately, it was a bit too academically oriented for my expectations and needs. Also, at times, it was culturally inaccurate and irrelevant. With some adjustments and modifications to make it more practical and more culturally responsive, I'd say the program has potential.

I wish it showed and taught more technical skills with one option to learn through Power BI and another option for Tableau

I didn't find some of the modules that engaging and maybe needed more notes to refer back to when trying to understand them better. The difference in downloads (PPT vs Notes) impacted my ability to learn after the module was completed. I'm not sure how useful some of this will be.

I have completed 3 certifications from AIHR,namely DEIB, Learning and Development and ChatGPT for HR. Some feedback on DEIB as below. I expected to have more real industry DEIB scenarios, and best practices sharing but instead mostly it was theory based and simple examples. One of the reasons i wanted to take this course , is I really thought i would get insights to current industry best practices. I think there should have been diverse learning method such as demo videos , gamification, real knowledge sharing from industry experts, storytelling, etc . I thought this was pretty much similar to LinkedIn learning, since i have access to that , but only difference is the capstone project . Giving learners the opportunity to practice is very important in e- learning . And the learning reflections. my answers are just translated to a pdf copy . I think the best activity that i did in the course is the case study at the end of the program. That was really stimulating to the mind and all rounder on the learning. I think you should also have some Asian speakers to ensure its more inclusive and data shared is more diverse. I hope AIHR will look into these feedback with utmost importance
