Technology is okay. Would be interested in the data portions be housed in-browser vs downloaded. Too much information is wrong or dated.

Did 2 certification programs and the practical part of the HR Metrics and Dashboarding program was great. But still the remark to update courses as we are in 22 (of course not all changes over the years but more acutality in the examples) and better slides to really have sth where things can be looked up again. For me slides quality is really the weak point.

The information learned through AIHR is useful, but the way in which the content is delivered is not favorable for how I learn. The modules are long and contain several ~20 minute long video lessons. It's difficult to retain information and learn from the longer videos. Wish it was more interactive and that the instructor's accents were not as strong, it can be hard to understand their pronunciation.

The course provides theoretical knowledge of HR BP and is suitable for HR working or planning to work in large corporations. It does not cover much for the HR needs of smaller companies as the processes and needs of such companies are very different. Personally for me the course was of little practical use as we do not have the same global processes. There were very few practical examples in the course, I would suggest that the course should be as rich in examples as possible, as after listening to the theory little knowledge is left, but after seeing specific business cases there is peer experience that can be applied. On the whole, everything that was covered in the course was familiar to me before; it was useful to structure and refresh my knowledge - just that.

I found that some topics were quite repetitive, but found the content somewhat outdated need to update relevance. I found it easier to complete by doing in bulk hours.

Thanks. It is better to add modules related to competency based training plans.

This course provided a lot of valuable resources but I found it to be a lot more theoretical than practical when it came to a lot of the quiz questions, you had to really pay attention to the detail in the questions to under the difference between options. This course was good for me due to having a strong foundational knowledge already of many employee relations topics and management experience, however, I don't think I would recommend it for someone starting from "zero".

Good quality, very deep and detailed content, good lecturers. My recommendation would be less models and theories, more practical examples from the professional life of lecturers (like the one from Dilemma did), shorter content, take out Communication as a stand alone course , model of org elements is overwhelming, not sure in its practicability. Good case studies- More visuals to illustrate the speakers words

Mixed. Some modules were designed better than others. I felt the exam could have been more scenario based than remembering terminology.

DEIB Certification was the first certification program I took with AIHR and although some of the content was helpful, there was a large emphasis on HR rules, regulations, and considerations. There were conflicting values with DEIB and HR needs. I was also disappointed in many of the instructors but that may be an American bias. In the future, I would focus my AIHR coursework on HR functions.

There are a variety of excellent courses in the AIHR library. If there were opportunities to interact with AIHR facilitators I would've easily awarded five stars - relying on other participants for feedback or reviewing other people's work, without knowing if it's correct, isn't helpful.

(1) It has lack of AI/ML models related to HR. Example Text mining, sentiment analysis, LDA, Topic Modeling which is comming in HR world. (2) It does not show does not show how to deploy a model in production (3) You should upgrade to Python from R (4) Model selection is missing like Light GBM, Random Forest. Cat Boost, SVM - they are commin this days. Please include in the course otherwise learner will learn it from Udemy or other portals (cost effective) and not subscripe AIHR's other courses. Please work on the same. Hope this will help you. Thanks!
