“I have done my course 3 month back & still haven't receive my certificate on mail id. Also, I had complained bout this a month back & claim my certificate for atlist 3 to 4 times.”

“I had high hopes, but this information seemed very basic and poorly delivered. I was able to take away a few new concepts, but much was common sense or previously learned. I am going to complete another certificate with the idea that I can implement some actions into my work.”

“My overall impression of the L&D training is positive. I appreciate the support team's responsiveness, as well as the variety and relevance of the information provided. On the other hand, up to now, it looks like the script hasn't been reviewed by a native English-speaking copywriter and there are parts of the course with poor English which makes it frustrating and hard to follow. My suggestions for improvement: correct the copy, cut the fluff and the excessively formal language, and go into more depth on the practical application of the theory (especially in the first part of the course), and it will be amazing! I trust that AIHR is very open to constantly improve and I look forward to doing more certifications in the future!”

“Some interesting topics, I learned new things, but not enough practical recommendations to help me in my daily job. Watching only videos and reading article is passive and some videos are far too long. I strongly recommend the Academy to insert virtual classrooms or at least more knowledge tests in the middle of the courses or modules to make us active.”

“Interesting content, but throughout the learning, it kept changing (sequence etc.) which was confusing at times. Some live sessions would have been nice, but watching hours of recordings became boring quickly. Facilitated check-in sessions with other participants would have been great from time to time.”

“This is a self managed learning process with reading presentations and material. It has great information and material but comes across as somewhat dry. Would benefit from an interactive Q&A and at least one live session.”
