I ordered 3 boxes of cereal with American Candy Co. However only one box arrived. I emailed to ask whether the other boxes were arriving in a separate shipment but I did not get a response from them.

They use to be good i use to buy from here regularly but won't now as They sent wrong items and won't reply to the emails i sent on the day i received my order, a Friday so i gave them more then the 48 hours to reply and waited till Wednesday to send another email still no reply.They owe me about £20 back.

One item not in the parcel was not notified about the item only after myself getting in touch did I receive a refund not good customer service would think twice about using them again.

Received my order on the 7th of October but there was an item missing. Emailed them the same day but didn't get a reply. Contacted them using their online contact us form and still no reply. I won't be ordering again.

My order was incomplete - an order item was not included. This has not been rectified after two weeks and I have received minimal contact - unfortunately it doesn't seem that anyone is interested in taking responsibility or remedying the mistake.

Not the best experience on my first time of using these guys. Order arrived with missing items. Checked my emails to see if they had notified me of missing items and nothing. Had received a refund for one missing item, but no Comms regarding the refund. I have emailed customer service, automatic response said 2 days...we are on day 4.

Ordered the Large Reeses Selection Tray, order took a while to be processed and sent which you could say due to the busy season, fair enough. However, when the item in question arrived, the tray inside the box was crushed, also it looked like items were missing and it's contense were nothing displayed in the image provided. I had purchsed the product in hope to get what was displayed, atop that it felt like half of it was missing, leaving me feeling like I'd paid well over the odds for half the stuff that felt carelessly cobbled together. I have since contacted American Cady Co. Well over a week ago and have year to hear a peep from them in reguards to the issue. If I were you, i'd just go to the super market and buy whatever products they have, it'll probably wind up cheaper and you won't be left as crushingly dissapointed as I was.

Very poor. I ordered 8 crispy crunch bars and they only sent me 3! I did let them know about it but they havent rectified their obvious mistake. So out of pocket by about £10. So worked out very expensive, wont be using them again.

Disgusting customer service. Part of my order was missing. No help what’s so ever from you had to involve third party for a refund. Used email and telephone calls to no avail. Will never use again.

I pay for next day delivery and it never happens every single time why pay for it if you’re not going to provide the service take it off your site I ordered at the weekend so Monday see it ship it .. it gets here Tuesday and it’s now Wednesday and not a word about my order !! Absolutely disgraceful service nobody ever gets back to you drives me crazy !! 😡😡

Paid for next day delivery on a weekday,items came 6 days later. Received no tracking info so had to contact the company who took days to respond. Customer service is rubbish. Eventually it arrived and it was the smallest box that arrived and I paid over £30 in it. No crisps in the mystery box either even though stated on website the box would contain them. I won’t be using them again and I will be going elsewhere. I ignored the bad reviews prior to my purchase, I won’t be ignoring reviews in future. FO JOT HUT FROM THIS CONPANY.

Ordered several products. 3 were missing. Emailed twice and got an automatic reply to say I would get a reply in 2 days. It's been weeks. No idea what's going on.

Ordered product 16 September. Not received 1 October. 3 e mails sent no response. Telephone call 30/9 spoke to Aran 13.30 pm said he would e mail back with update in 30 minutes. 1 October no response received tried to phone 10 am to 10.10 phone not being answered no answer machine available. Very poor service. Please update me with currant position

My parcel arrived several days after I was expecting it and then contained the incorrect product. Only seven of the twelve cans were the ones I had ordered. I have waited three working days for a reply to my email regarding this and have had no reply.

One of the worst companies I’ve bought from, the only packed half of my order and never replied to numerous emails asking for the rest of my order or a refund..so basically they stole my money. Please don’t buy from this company

Was disappointed ordered 3 bags of corn nuts only received 1 and the bag was damaged (hole in the bag) and the product was ruined had to be binned was really disappointed 😢

Order wasn’t sent until prompted. Sent a wrong item and now I’m being ignored! After looking on social media it doesn’t look like I’m the only one with a wrong order. Others were either not sent their order or sent out of date product.
