“Seems I’m not the one who has received half their order. Customer service is non existent. I was told my order was probably split in two and to wait until Monday for the rest to arrive. We’re now Friday and still no order and no responses to my emails. I want the rest of my order”

“I received my order and the postman told me that the bottom of the box was wet. The soda can in the order was totally empty and had leaked over everything else ruining the whole order. See attached photos. A week later I still haven’t had a reply to my email”

“My order has yet to be fulfilled. Customer service is poor, the only way of contacting American Candy is via email. You recieve an automated reply stating you will receive a reply within 48hours. I did not receive an answer in 48hours, had to chase for a response. I am still waiting on my delivery and have no idea when I will receive it or if I will receive a refund. I will not use this company again!!!”

“my order reference 46936 in which I ordered and paid for 10 payday bars on a long wait I received a package a week later only for find 6 inside there . I have sent a few emails to you but as yet no one had got back to me besides a automated reply . that say you will respond in two days which never happened. “Parts of order was missing the stuff that did arrive was damaged the box was soaked with what smelt like perfume products inside were unusable as it had also soaked into the sweet boxes. Emailed and had no response”

“DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! MY ORDER TOOK ELEVEN DAYS TO ARRIVE AND ONE ITEM WAS MISSING FROM ORDER. I HAVE EMAILED TWICE TO ASK ABOUT THE MISSING ITEM AND HAD NO REPLY. I INTEND TO STOP PAYMENT UNTIL THE MISSING ITEM HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND AN EXPLANATION OF THE ELEVEN DAY WAIT HAS BEEN EXPLAINED. READ THE REVIEWS, MOST DESCRIBE THE SAME PROBLEM. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY. ONLY A BUNCH OF CROOKS WOULD DO BUSINESS IN THIS MANNER. DON’T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM AMERICAN CANDY CO.
