“One item was missing from my order. I emailed and a week later nothing apart from confirmation they have my complaint and can take 2 days to respond . Also I chose delivery that according to their website should of had the items with me on Wednesday...I needed them for the Friday to bake cake for husbands party on Saturday...they arrived midday Saturday”

“I only received part of my order , customer service is so poor I have had one reply to my multiple emails , that reply simply asked for my order number which I replied to , since then I have heard nothing about my 11 missing bars of chocolate ! Sorry I have nothing else to say .”

“Terrible. I can't even say bad customer service because you don't reply to emails. You owe me over £30 for items that did not arrive and I've emailed 3 times and no reply. It's been weeks. Will never recommend you and will warn everyone not to buy from you.”

“I am so upset. Ordered £46 of goodies for a neighbour Halloween party yet they haven’t arrived. Instead received 3 bags of Cheetos that I can buy in Sainsburys. It is my first time socialising during a serious illness and I was really looking forward to bringing something unusual. I am now out of pocket and no reply from Vendor.😞”
