“Had one missing item, emailed to enquirer about it and i have heard nothing back since even though i received an automated email saying i would get a reply in 2 days but it had been a week or longer now, if i had have been contacted about missing item would be a higher rating.”

“Missing from item from the order, wasn't notified that I was refunded for part of the order untill I receive it. Price difference on refund gave me less money back.”

“I received my order and the postman told me that the bottom of the box was wet. The soda can in the order was totally empty and had leaked over everything else ruining the whole order. See attached photos. A week later I still haven’t had a reply to my email”

“My order has yet to be fulfilled. Customer service is poor, the only way of contacting American Candy is via email. You recieve an automated reply stating you will receive a reply within 48hours. I did not receive an answer in 48hours, had to chase for a response. I am still waiting on my delivery and have no idea when I will receive it or if I will receive a refund. I will not use this company again!!!”

“Product arrived safely but tracking was never updated. Contacted customer support and did not recieve a helpful reply at all. Was told to just wait for tracking to update but this never happened.”

“Products that arrived were largely OK, one can suffered on the postal journey but that's not really the company's fault. More worryingly, I was missing a box of root beer and have yet to hear back after emailing immediately after delivery. Should this be resolved I'd happily chalk it up to a one off issue and use again.”
