“I have been charge twice for my purchase”

“DO NOT use this company, they will not deliver parts of your order that you have paid for and then totally ignore you when you raise the issue with them! £5 worth of a £20 order didn’t even turn up; if any other retailer failed to deliver a quarter of an order whether it’s £5 worth or £100 worth I’d have written the same review! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.”

“I ordered 1 large bag of 368g Jolly Rancher Chews but was sent 4 mini boxes at 50g. I have emailed twice for someone to check this, as I paid £14 for something I didn’t receive, but no one has replied.”

“Sent me the wrong can and didnt send one of my items, said they would refund the item that didn't arrive but i haven't been refunded and also requested a refund for the incorrect can that came which i also havn't received”

“This is my third or fourth order and everytime items have been missing or substituted for something that I didn't order. Never an email to tell me something is out of stock, I just find out when the parcel arrives. I then have to contact them for a refund.”

“Ordered bottled root beer. They sent cans. I have emailed them 2 weeks ago and completed a contact form on their website and still I have no response. Any normal company would apologise and send the correct order but it seems this companies customer service is on holiday or doesn’t exist. They don’t have a phone number or live chat either. The drinks also took 10 days to arrive, not 3-5. It’s 2024 so I don’t expect much from these slap up businesses but just a response is the minimal”
