Ordered bottled root beer. They sent cans. I have emailed them 2 weeks ago and completed a contact form on their website and still I have no response. Any normal company would apologise and send the correct order but it seems this companies customer service is on holiday or doesn’t exist. They don’t have a phone number or live chat either. The drinks also took 10 days to arrive, not 3-5. It’s 2024 so I don’t expect much from these slap up businesses but just a response is the minimal
