“Loved the thongs I bought years ago! My recent purchase was a larger, even though the size stamp was the same as before. So I sent them back for exchange. The response and service was good, but I ended up paying 2 lots of postage to get a pair of thongs with a different shape than before, and was disappointed to see they are made in China now.”

“Onto my second pair or Starfish supportive thongs after being very happy with the first pair - Most comfortable thongs i've ever owned. Unfortunately my second pair shrunk significantly after being left in the sun - Perhaps my fault for leaving them out there but also I would think thongs designed for Australia would perform a bit better in typical Aussie conditions...”

“I ordered 2 pairs of aussiannas, to replace my old pair and was extremely disappointed to find that youve changed the style, the old ones were almost identical to haviannas ,the fit is not good (unless my toes were twice as long as normal.) As the front anchor point is too far from the front, so the thongs fit perfect at the back but too long in front of the toes and I cant push my foot any further forward. And to top it off they are not as comfortable as the old style. So I wont be coming back for more.”

“We love your shoes, but this time around the size 10 seemed to be a little smaller than the last size 10 we ordered, so they don’t fit my husband. Have you changed your sizing? Otherwise we love the shoes.”

“I had to return two pairs of shoes as the sizing has changed since my last purchase. From the email on the matter, I thought the postage for the exchange would be covered - it wasn't. Communication was not at all clear which marred the experience. I am yet to receive the exchanged items so cannot comment on comfort etc. Just make sure you are selecting the right size as things may have changed.”

“Not only are the Starfish things fantastic- so is Aussie Sole’s service. I recently bought two pairs which were swiftly sent but one pair was too big. Aussie Soles agreed to exchanging it for a smaller size and speedily sent them back to me. Staff were pleasant and helpful- well done!”
