“The staff at AwardRV are simply amazing. Needing several obscure parts for an old caravan I was able to email pictures and AwardRV did the rest, seeking out additional information as required to ensure they supplied the correct part. Their sales service was fantastic, prices much cheaper than anticipated and very swift postage. Cannot rate them highly enough. Thanks”

“Ordered online as as transaction went through without any comment, I went to pick up the item the next day. I was told they had no stock and they were waiting for a delivery in the next few days. I was told that I should have waited for a phone call to tell me the pickup was ready for me to collect. So I waited for a week for a phone call and never received one. So I phoned and was told it was in stock and I could collect it. Very average service.”
