“What a great place to shop online for all caravan and camping gear. I use this site as my benchmark site for anything I am looking at to purchase and most time I am unable to find the item I am after either cheaper or better anywhere else. Great site and I highly recommend Award RV Superstore to anyone.”

“Very disappointed bought a pole container bracket on line ,advised delivery would be within the week , sent three emails no response ? Finally rang and advised the product was not in stock ?? Poor service”

“Love shopping here. Staff were friendly, more than helpful and we even got some great discounts from the manager so more than happy with the service. Will definitely be shopping here for all our RV needs.”

“Great people to deal with. Very knowledgable and fantastic service up to the point of sale. Unfortunately, I paid for two items and after waiting a few days only received one item. I was informed after I called them that the second item was dispatched the same day I called. Poor communication has tarnished what was otherwise a fabulous experience. I was told on the day both items were in stock! I was never contacted to inform me that the second item was being shipped separately, as apparently it was out of stock. Shipping me one item without the other was a waste of time and money as one cannot be used without the other.”

“I received prompt attention when I called to pick up an ordered part then appropriate advice re a problem with pressure in the van water system. I also saw a storage tube on special and after discussion with Max decided to purchase one. All round good service.”

“While shopping for a particular car fridge at a competitors store. I noticed the item I was looking at were damaged, either their packaging or some units had casing damage. While apprehensive, I was still interested in making a purchase on that day. I asked the attendant if the store was prepared to price match or reduce the retail price of the item? To which I showed the attendant an online price. Their reply, “ we don’t match those sites”. After thanking the attendant I left the store and headed to RV. At RV I was approached by Max, and I explained to him the item I was looking to purchase. Max was very helpful and searched the suppliers store and explained that RV could get the item in, to which I replied at what price. The price was exactly the same as my online pricing and I agreed to wait for the delivery. Max took my details and asked for full payment. I rebutted and requested a 30% deposit as to pay now with with my cash reserves upon picking up the goods. Max was able to comply. Max called to confirm that my order was placed with the supplier and later called to confirm the item was in. I received the in perfect condition and was assisted in loading the item into my vehicle. The price and service I was most happy with and managed to spend an additional 50% again if the fridges purchase price. So a nice win for RV. My only concern is management seem to have very strict policies on pricing and flexibility for floor staff, this makes the shopping experience less approachable. However I feel confident in my ability to ask questions and leave if don’t feel satisfied. PM”
