“Can I suggest that you look at the lengths as I ordered two lines for 17ft but they are 100mm too short .the length is stated at 5180mm when 5280mm is required on the Aussie Traveller brand awning !”

“We were at the very start of a bus conversion, and these guys could not have been more helpful. They were reasonable on price given the amount of stuff we were buying, and really knew their stuff which helped us get things done more quickly regarding plumbing, electrics etc.. Customer service after sale was also very good; I was called to alert me to an item I had ordered in, and returned another item without any issue. Will definitely be coming back here again.”

“This team has gone above and beyond more than once for me. Absolute top quality service and after sales care. Thank you to each and every one of the staff. “Very disappointed with the sales service, purchased an Oztent Oxley Lite 5, (only one left) what was delivered was a very second hand product, the tent was poorly boxed in cardboard renovated box with OZTRAIL yes OZTRAIL identification, the bag was filthy dirty with holes in it, the tent had been used, the frame had been taped at some time on the knuckles with packing tape, the tent pegs had been used, one tent pole was missing with the compression straps also missing, the tent had been poorly folded, strung with tent rope guides. I was charged the full retail asking cost, my question is why did not the Sales Manager advise me of the condition of the Tent before the purchase ?, upon contacting the store he hand balled the phone call to one of the female staff. NOT BLOODY GOOD ENOUGH AWARD STORE !”
