“First time EBay user, I entered and address in the manner requested, I attempted to change to correct address ( when I realised the it was worded incorrectly) . Which I thought had happened. When my goods did not arrive, phoned Auspost, who informed me wrong address on parcel sent back to issuer. several phone calls and extra charges had me perplexed at their customer service. They issued a refund less than what paid, because they kept $20.00.”

“Ordered first time ever through EBay, It was not delivered on time, so rang Aus Post who told me, not addressed properly sent back to sender. Rang and was told had not come back to store, was waiting to be pick up at their post office. Also found out I supposedly addressed incorrectly, but I then discovered a fault in the address system, the address area is not able to be altered. After I attempted to alter. No customer service though, common sense did not seem to prevail when the order came through to see there was no street address. An email, phone call, might have cleared the confusion.”

“Communication was very poor I was not advised that my item was not available at the time! I Placed my order in feb and still had not heard anything 3 weeks later so called them to find out where it was and was advised oh that item has just come in you should have it within a week.”

“Before I purchase online, I usually check the ratings for the supplier. This place was rated fairly well, so when I made my first purchase through RV Superstore I felt pretty confident about the stock they were selling and their professionalism. WRONG! The dinner set was cheap China made rubbish with obvious blemishes which turned up with one broken dinner plate. The delivery was over one week late and they had forgotten to include part of the order, which I had paid for in advance. Seriously, look elsewhere for quality products and service.”

“Ordered an item on the 19th of February, waited a week to finally receive an email advising the item "that was" in stock was in fact going to be delivered towards the end of March, a period of 5 weeks away, the offer to cancel and receive a refund was taken up and missed at your end. 3 weeks later after sourcing the item I wanted elsewhere, the item arrives, 2 weeks earlier than your advise of the 24th February.”
