“Item ordered. Receipt of payment received. From then, no further communication. Item was on "back order" but I didn't receive notification that it was, until I called. Refund was processed.”

“It took 3 months for my item to arrive. I ordered it in early December as Christmas present for my sister. I called the store and was told ETA was late January. Then I didn’t receive it until March last week. Disappointing and won’t buy from you guys again due to the lack of communication I received.”
