“Ordered a camps 11 book with free delivery. at checkout it asked for postage. Contacted Award and the reply was postage payable. Contacted them again, told them that I can see an ad with their name saying free delivery. Asked me for a screen shot which I supplied. Told then that this was a google ad and it was in error and THEY shouldn't have posted it. Strange that awards name was on the ad. Went to considerable trouble to find the ad and do what they asked. No contact from them since then. Disappointed that I helped them solve THEIR problem. Thought maybe a thank you would have been nice. I would find it hard to do business with this company because of the very poor attitude. I stand to be corrected but isn't it the law that if a company advertises a product, even though it's an incorrect price they have to supply one product at the advertised price. I could be wrong...not sure. But this happened to me at a hardware outlet, without me even asking them for it. They, as opposed to this outlet, were very obliging.”

“Staff is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly no question they cant answer and they solved our motorhome queries straight away and other than 1 bathroom vent they had parts in stock at FTG Many thanks and will be back (when lockdown ends ) thanks Peter & Glynis”

“We ordered and paid for our stove in late December. The website indicated that the item could be delivered. We were told by staff, after purchase, that it could not and we would have to organise a courier. When I rang the store to get the dimensions, we were told that it could be delivered after all. We then paid for the delivery fee and told delivery would be 2 weeks. It is now over 6 weeks later and we still don't have our product. The company has made no attempt to communicate with us. We have had to call them and on the last check, the item may arrive at the store site between mid to late February, but there is no guarantee of that. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the service and clearly cannot comment on the quality of the product as I'm still waiting for it.”

“All is well,with Award RV. Of 3 items ordered and delivered,all arrived on time and well packaged. One item had slight damage in transit, but the team at Award RV acted quickly with a replacement item. The staff were very genuine in their concerns for everything being as it should .
