Let me help lower the risk of something going wrong during your Bali holiday. After years of passing on insider tips to family and friends, I'm sharing my local knowledge about money, transport, attractions and day tours.

Transfers from Bali Airport to your hotel or villa are easy if you book ahead. Remove the stress from arriving at Bali Airport and book a private car and driver to personally meet you and get you to your accommodations quickly and easily. Be met on arrival by one of my personally vetted, English-speaking drivers and receive comprehensive, detailed instructions on navigating the airport and making contact with your personal driver straight after booking.

Our day tours get rave reviews because my network of local drivers is second to none. I have personally vetted all the drivers I work with. They text me when they pick you up and again when you have been dropped off at the end of the day. I also email your driver’s name, profile photo, vehicle photo and phone number beforehand to ensure your safety and provide confidence. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and make amazing guides for your day tours around Bali.

“Easy to book, good communications. Once driver confirmed their details I was sent including a profile picture and the vehicle. Driver contacted me before the pick up - which was too early for a taxi. Cost is more than finding a driver on the streets, but I was guaranteeed a driver and I had a very early flight. I'd use this service again.”

“Bali Holiday Secrets seamlessly arranged our return airport transfers between Denpasar and Ubud (and was more competitive than the resort!) Putu, our driver, was fantastic. He was on time, communicated promptly via whatsapp, and was a very safe driver in some challenging conditions. We could not recommend him more highly.”

“Really excellent service - the confirmation email came very quick and following this, I received an email confirming my drivers details. This really impressed me as I booked my transfer within 48 hours of needing a driver. This service in general is amazing for solo female travellers- it's really designed to ensure safety and ease. The driver was brilliant and got in contact the day of collection and when he arrived, he gave very easy instructions which helped me find him. He was an excellent driver and got me safely to my destination. 100% would use this service again due to how safe and reliable a service it is (compared to hailing a taxi where you don't know the driver)”

“Hi Michael, I’d just like to say how pleased I am that I chose you for our airport transfer from Denpasar to Ubud. Our driver, Kadek, was there waiting for us and he was so friendly and knowledgeable about Bali - couldn’t ask for a better service. I will recommend you to anyone I know who’s planning to go to Bali. Plus, I’d like to add that your website was SO helpful. As someone who hasn’t travelled too much, I was quite daunted by the admin required for this holiday, and the scale of it, but your website answered literally all of my questions! “Experience has been seamless. Online booking system easy to use, followed by direct communication from Michael. Great suggestion to WhatsApp our photo to driver!- Kadek found us quickly amongst all the others. Kadek was friendly and engaging and did a great job. On our return trip we had Komang who was ready for us at reception, and really friendly and entertaining. Excellent local company.... we only used for airport transfers, but they aoffer more driving services than just this.”

“Really fast & efficient to deal with, excellent service & over delivered... Wanted to take a day tour around the southern tip of Bali, checking out Ulawatu and surrounds from Sanur, driver Made was really positive, helpful & polite he knew where to go & the best way to do it... Waiting patiently while I enjoyed my adventures... Adding info along the way of where to eat & extra sights etc... The advice & service Michael has given regarding transport hire in Bali is totally recommended and will use again for family & friends! Thank you!”

“Can't fault this service. Booking is perhaps a little clunky but our driver (Gede) turned up bang on time and greeted us with a big smile. He spoke excellent english with a great sense of humour, listened to what we wanted and took us on a wonderful day out. Not only do you get a driver but you get a knowledgeable and helpful guide as well. Bali's roads are not for the feint hearted so it's really good to have an experienced driver.....thank you Michael and Gede 👍👍👍”

“Dana is a very good driver. He was always reliable and punctual with our bookings. He's got awesome driving skills - accurate and time-efficient as well. We like that he broadly knows the area around so we've been able to visit many beautiful places. “From start to finish Sumsool kept me informed from our first contact on WhatsApp to when he dropped me off at the airport and he is true to his word as we also used him during our stay in Bali. He was always early waiting for us and full of talk and very polite again very trustworthy and I would recommend this lad. The website give me loads of heads up on how to navigate through the airport on arrival. I cannot praise this company and Samsul enough, thank you and all take care.”

“We had a wonderful experience. Our driver (Gede) was very professional, polite, funny and knowledgable! We stopped at a few extra stops based on his recommendation and enjoyed each one including a coffee and tea tasting experience! Highly recommend this service. A wonderful day out finishing with a few cold refreshing drinks overlooking an impressive waterfall.”

“I had an amazing time with Bali Holiday Secrets. Michael was happy to help adapt things to my schedule when I mistakenly booked for the wrong date. Additionally my guide/driver (Gede Ardi) was excellent - so friendly and knowledgeable, and passionate about all things Bali.
