Let me help lower the risk of something going wrong during your Bali holiday. After years of passing on insider tips to family and friends, I'm sharing my local knowledge about money, transport, attractions and day tours.

Transfers from Bali Airport to your hotel or villa are easy if you book ahead. Remove the stress from arriving at Bali Airport and book a private car and driver to personally meet you and get you to your accommodations quickly and easily. Be met on arrival by one of my personally vetted, English-speaking drivers and receive comprehensive, detailed instructions on navigating the airport and making contact with your personal driver straight after booking.

Our day tours get rave reviews because my network of local drivers is second to none. I have personally vetted all the drivers I work with. They text me when they pick you up and again when you have been dropped off at the end of the day. I also email your driver’s name, profile photo, vehicle photo and phone number beforehand to ensure your safety and provide confidence. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and make amazing guides for your day tours around Bali.

“we booked the 3 day package and my kid s loved it. maybe i'm a bit too old to do 3 days worth of excursions. however i must add that our driver komang was a fantastic host. he suggested good places and was great with the kids. michael and neil were very helpful in our communication and help our itinerary throughout our time in bali even when we weren't using their service. factastic site, very useful info, brilliant service. 5 stars.”

“I booked for our 10 hour stop over at 130am the day we arrived in Bali . Michael responded fast and organised Made for us for the day all sorted for our arrival at 10am Made found us in the airport when we were lost and nowhere near the arrivals area, then looked after us with humour local knowledge and interesting conversation all day . “It was very easy to book, Michael was responsive, sent us lots of information other than the booking with him. It felt safe and he was very well organised. Our driver, Gede, was a delight! So helpful and informative. It was a relief to see him at the airport and he was prompt to pick us up on the way back to the airport. Service was excellent from start to finish and after researching other companies, which were cheaper, their reviews were not good, so this is definitely the way to go, Bali Holiday Secrets!”

“We went for the AVT and rafting activities. One thing you always worry is whether the website is legit where you have to make full payment upon signing up, amid the current scamming climate. Another concern is the weather, which I do not know what's the backup plan should there be heavy rain. But all was good, and we had great fun! Our driver is chill and speak good English. Just want to highlight here, on our chat with our hotel driver during the airport transfer, he thought this day trip is a little pricey. I'm not complaining. We enjoyed ourselves very much! Thank you.”

With all the hussle and bussle going on a friendly face (as we exchanged photos with Gede to help find each other) was like seeing a family member at the airport waiting for you. “Michael organised Made (pronounced Marday or May Day) to be our driver for a week of transfers and tours. Made was the most fun driver we have had and fitted perfectly with our 4, 20 something, kids we had with us. Made never missed a pick up and threaded the big new van we had through the traffic with amazing safety and ease. We will be requesting Made for any trips back Bali, thanks for making the trip so much fun Joe and Kirsten”
