Hi Chris, Thanks for your feedback. The Spare Round Hopper (B1004) States on the product 5 - 7 working days for delivery. The product was dispatched on the 4th working day which is before the stated delivery schedule window. The delivery charge of £6.99 is the flat rate we are charged from Parcelforce I'm afraid. “All items received as ordered which was good. Not so good was the fact that I waited in all Thu and was told at around 3.40 pm that my delivery was not coming. I this day and age, not being able to give any suggestion of delivery time or a shorter time window on the day would make me consider other options next time.”
