“All items received as ordered which was good. Not so good was the fact that I waited in all Thu and was told at around 3.40 pm that my delivery was not coming. I this day and age, not being able to give any suggestion of delivery time or a shorter time window on the day would make me consider other options next time.”

“Received really quickly and all supplies high quality. One gripe was that the Fastfix Postcrete is ordered wasn’t sent, instead I received a different one which was also fast, but was £1 per bag cheaper. I was not contacted by the branch or sent any comms to discuss availability. As such I had effectively been overcharged but I had to reach out to the customer contact to get this corrected. Very helpful agent resolved the issue immediately - I will use Beatsons again as I trust them and their brand. Excellent service.”

“Excellent stock and very competative price, apart from the £10 delivery charge for a local delivery however even with this charge was slightly cheaper for my supplies than other traders. Only had to wait until next day for delivery.”
