“Amazing service. I was under incredibly tight time constraints to get some favours for a family member’s funeral and Callum was exceptional! Helped me with choosing the favours, answering my numerous questions and ensuring the everything got to me earlier than planned. So thankful for all of his help at this difficult time.”

“Excellent customer service by Ross Robinson - was always on hand to answer any questions, processed the artwork and order to meet a tight deadline, and invoiced on 30-day terms smoothly. Highly recommend speaking to Ross if you'd like to order something for your business.”

“Im am so glad I found Bigbearpromo! From the start Joe has been very helpful, replied to emails very quickly and also answers every question I have. Delivery was also super quick. Its really taken a stresser away from my business finding a fast and good quality supplier for my pencils. Definitely recommend and I haven't felt the need to shop around after finding them.”

“We have ordered from Big Bear twice now and are very happy with the product. Liam has managed our orders and despite on one occasion, there being an issue with the wrong delivery address used, he sorted this out promptly and our items arrived the following day for which I was very grateful.”
