“I've always been pleased with my service from Big Bear. Liam is very helpful and often deals with difficult requests from me with no complaints. He is always on hand to answer my questions and the products we have had have always been great quality.”

“I spent a lot of time looking at various website for some promotional merchandise for an expo we are attending. I found Big Bear on Google and called them and spoke to Joe who was extremely helpful and got me a quote the same day which we accepted. “I placed an order for merchandise. I was contacted by Andrew James who was nothing short of polite, friendly, approachable and professional. He answered a multitude of my questions before I had even placed an order and the customer service didn't change despite not knowing if I would go ahead with an order. Throughout the whole process Andrew kept in touch and guided me through each step. There was a slight problem with one of the items due to our logo so kindly offered to change the item to a different colour so that the logo would look better. Items have been received and are as described. Extremely professional service and I will certainly come back to order more as and when required. Thank you Andrew.”
