“Placed an order with Ross Robinson for 200 mugs pens and coasters. Very satisfied with the order and a great value for money near enough every other company was double Ross had our proofs over for us to see within a day of enquiring and order placed the following day would recommend to everyone.”

“Great service, superb selection of products ( and the ability to do custom merchandise orders which we have gone for) and speedy delivery. Have been a customer for two years now and our account manager Liam has always been excellent throughout the whole process. “We have been using Big Bear Promo for over a year now for a variety of projects. I am always impressed and pleased with the service Liam Benson provides - all of our requests are met with a great customer service experience and on many occasions he has really pushed to meet our deadlines when we have last minute requests. We are always happy with the prices and the delivery turnaround and we have never had an issue with this. We love the service and that is what makes it so easy to return with other projects.”
