“I hadn't used Big Bear before but I was so pleased with their service. I ordered some printed and personalised post it note books and they looked great. There was a fast turnaround too which I was grateful as I had left it to the last minute. :-) Thank you Ross!”

“I received 5 star customer service from Joe Riman and the product received (a5 notepads) were very good quality - and Joe was happy to send out a sample pad in advance of purchasing the bigger order. We will definitely use them again!”

“What an amazing company. From beginning to end I was treated with the utmost respect. My product was my first mug design and Ross didn’t mind hand holding me through the processs. “Tyler was great from start to finish. Quick responses to emails, sent us digital & physical samples to make sure we were happy. Would 100% recommend them! We went for a Bespoke Key fob and were very impressed with the pricing & range of materials available.”

“I got in touch with BigBearPromo after another print company had let me down with two delays and very poor communications. Tyler Sheppard responded to my emails quickly and was so super helpful in helping us get to order. Tyler agreed to price match what the previous company had offered and said the order could be completed within a week. I ordered 150 jute bag with print on a Monday and the order was delivered Friday, 3 days before the expected date. I was so super happy and very very pleased with great customer service. I will not hessiate to order again other promotional good when needed.”

“Really happy with the service provided by this company, especially when working with Joe. He was realistic with timelines and all items were delivered to a tight deadline we provided. Joe was able to recommend a couple of key items that worked out perfectly in the end. They were flexible with our onboarding process and we look forward to working with them in the future with larger orders.”

“Found this company online, sent an enquiry, had a reply from Joe. Really straightforward, to the point, replied almost instantly and they got our business. No rubbish sales tactics just here are the options, info on the product and a quote we were happy with. No hidden costs etc just exactly what they said they would be. Gave an estimated delivery date as around 5-7 days, the products arrived within about 3days! Really happy and will use them again in the future.”
