“The driver seemed to suggest that he drove to a wrong pick up point after I called him. However, I never spoke to the driver. I don’t know why he went to a wrong pick up point.”

“The latest booking was used on 18 December to transfer from Osaka airport to Kyoto Hotel. As usual the service was perfect. Met on time, driver very supportive and helpful and a pleasurable hour drive to Kyoto. Having used Blacklane now for several years we would not consider using another company. Blacklane is highly recommended for all travel needs.”
