“The service and the driver were excellent. The only issue I had was that I was expecting a later model car. A BMW 7 series came which was very nice however it was the older body style, circa 2020-2022 6th generation and not the 2023-2025, 7th generation.”

“For what we paid I was overwhelmed. The back of the car when the driver put our luggage back there was already filled with other stuff. The ride was booked for 3 people and there was only one bottle of water. The driver also talked on the phone for pretty much the entire drive. For what is supposed to be a luxury alternative to ride-shares felt pretty spare in reality.”

“The driver was very kind and polite, the car perfectly cleaned and in order. He was waiting for me despite the delay of the plane and the problem at immigration control that caused two hours delay. The driving to the hotel was perfect.”

“I used Blacklane for my daughter to travel from Miami Airport to her grandmother's home 100+ km away. Instructions were clear, she was met at the gate, and travelled through peak hour traffic to her destination. She described it as First Class (which it was in a new Mercedes). Very prompt and efficient, very helpful and courteous. I could follow her progress on my apps and was happy that she was always safe. Thank you, Blacklane and your driver on that evening from a happy Father.”
