“Until our most recent ride , I would have given a 5 star rating. Ourlast driver who picked us up in Reims, France was having an off day. Granted, she picked us up at 4 am so I know that is quite early. Maybe she was tired. Her driving was erratic and she reached speeds of over 100 miles an hour! I do not want to jeopardize her job but maybe she needs to retake a safety course. She was courteous.”

“We used Blacklane for the first time last month. While we had the misfortune of a flat tire (down to the rim) within 15 minutes of beginning our trip, Blacklane had a new car and driver to us within 10 minutes and we were on our way, even arriving a few minutes early to our appointment. Blacklane handled the mishap seamlessly and professionally. We would definitely use them again. Accidents happen in all businesses, but the ability to remedy them quickly and efficiently is what distinguishes business leaders. Thank you, Blacklane!”

“I did no appreciate being called by the subcontractor to be told that my booked transfer from Portofino to Linate airports of 180km was running 15 minutes late; it caused me huge grief and anxiety. Not easy to find an alternative in such a short time and that long journey in the height of season.”
