“I set up Blacklane to take my child for a long ride from Milan to Bolzano, Italy. While they were still on the plane they received a text with instructions from the driver. After receiving their luggage the driver was there as planned with a sign with their name and the 3.5 hour trip was perfect. The driver was wonderful and professional.”

“Absolutely fantastic service! The cab picked me up from Glasgow Airport right on time, and the driver was truly exceptional - friendly, professional, and made the entire journey so pleasant.
