“I love that Blacklane serves most of the country, so I can use the same service whereever my executives travel. If I had one wish, it would be that we could pay extra to have the driver come inside at all airports. It can be tricky to find the car at certain pickup areas at airports. I would also request that the license plate is easier to find on the app when looking for the car at pickup. Perhaps add it to the text when car has arrived? Overall, love the service and the value for the cost!”

“We got 3 big bags, 1 coffee machine double boxed, 2 carry-ons, 2 personal backpacks. Having a Blacklane service from the immigration exit to greet us and take us to our destination is stress less. The price is stiff, but with $100 credit from Citi Strata Elite, it is deinitely worth it.”
