“Except in New York, Blacklane says that an appropriate tip is included in the fare. In New York, you send an email soliciting an "additional" tip. Responding directs you to a third-party website, which charges a fee of around $2.00. The suggested amounts for this "additional" tip start at 20% and go up from there.”

“My clients recent London transfer went immaculately so client very happy. I realize it depends on the city/ location how the service is presented as all drivers Sub-contract to various suppliers. I feel Blacklane has lifted its game a little more which is great to see as has been questionable in the past at times. I have 4 jobs from today in Asia Booked so hopefully I see and hear great things!”

“I've used Blacklane several times in Boston and other cities. We plan at least 2 family/large group vacations every year. Using Blacklane makes it so much easier to pick up everyone and transfer from the airport to the hotel and the return. The driver's do a great job at monitoring your flight arrivals and any changes, plus staying in contact with you. They have all been very professional and follow your lead regarding in the vehicle conversations. We had the most fun with our driver in New Orleans returning to the airport at way too early in the morning,slightly hungover in 2022. It's nice to see that Blacklane has started providing day use in a couple of cities. They should really consider adding a Boston to Salem all day city use. We had a difficult time with the Boston Transit Authority during this visit as 2 in our group must use the electric scooters/wheelchairs (they are collapsible for vehicle storing)”

“You guys totally screwed this up. When we first booked the car and gave the flight info, your booking showed the wrong arrival time. I tried to call you to tell you that you had the wrong time, and was on hold for 30 minutes, so hung up. Then we texted you. We were told not to worry, you track the flight. The plane did not land at the time you had, it landed after 11:30, which was the scheduled arrival time when we booked the car. If I could give zero stars, I would. You are supposed to track the plane. You apparently didnt. When the passenger landed, no car was there and when she called you, no one ever picked up.”
