“Driver Gerardo was exactly where he text me he would be. Did an excellent job driving in major !95 traffic at 5:15 pm drive time traffic. Car was clean and comfortable.”

“Two issues. The driver was going to an incorrect pickup location and we had to send an email to correct the error. The driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal at the airport. We had told him which airline we were flying with so it was his error. Overall a poor experience.”

“Quiet, efficient service. An airline strike meant I had to reroute to an airport 5 hours from my destination. After 22 hours in the air I was not about to drive myself. Blacklane provided seamless service and I was able to arrive somewhat rested. So grateful to the friends that referred Blacklane to me.”

“Our experience with our first Blacklane journey was perfect. From the timing, to the pickup, the chauffeur nothing but perfect. The other really important aspect was the COMMUNICATION which was mostly online and by email/text but was EXCELLENT. Communication is key when you are relying on travel arrangements and they do an exceptional job.”

“How to see Amsterdam in one day? Blacklane sent us Zana Sabir A wonderful Chauffeur to meet all our needs. Zana kept to our schedule of sights and suggested a lunch restaurant by the dunes- which we did not even know existed! He gave us an overview and local perspective of living in Amsterdam. Blacklane has always offered the best service.I have used them in the past and will again in the future.”
