“Being able to use your services all over the world and know you will be dependable and knowledgeable in every city is really comforting! Your drivers in Japan and Korea were especially helpful. My one issue is late last night your official text gave me the name and number of one driver and said he was at JFK. Then I heard, personally, from another driver who said HE was there. In this day and age, I did not know if I should trust the driver who contacted me out of the blue. I texted your Bookinglane 910-725-5441 number back to get confirmation on my driver's name and never heard back. Quite disconcerting. You customer should be able to reach your "Bookinglane" number to verify, if needed.”

“I had some difficulty booking this trip because my credit card company kept rejecting the transaction, and a member of your staff took a great deal of time in assisting me with the booking. I greatly appreciate her patience and skill. As for the trip itself, the driver arrived early, was extremely courteous and highly professional, navigated some very clogged highways with skill, and got me to my destination on time. This experience was far beyond my expectations. This was a long and expensive trip, but I would never hesitate in using your services again. Thank you.”
