“Had two wonderful experiences in NYC in Dec but Chicago was the complete opposite. Very disappointing especially for how much the service costs compared to uber or Lyft black car or a separate private car service. Will definitely think twice before rebooking with Blacklane for my return airport trip or any trip.”

“My wife and I have been extrenely impressed with Blacklane. It is extremely easy to book a ride pretty much anywhere in the world and the driver is ALWAYS there on-time, regardless if they are picking you up at your Home for a ride to the airport, or picking you up at an airport on the other side of the world. You guys set the standard for this service”

“Blacklane is fabulous. I am a disabled older woman traveling with a young individual looking at colleges. Any of the East Coast longer commutes I had to use Blacklane. I could not count on mass transit or Uber/Lyft. Blacklane was worth every dollar for their punctuality, professionalism, amazing assistance with luggage which included my wheelchair. I used Blacklane forthe two major tripsI had to lineup. The service communicated, on time, and kindness to myself as an older disabled woman.”
