“The communication, the pickup and drivers were excellent. My only complaint is that I changed the pickup location (which was very near too my original pickup location and the time from 7:00 pm to 6:30 pm) but I was charged $130 Euro instead of my original charge of $73.79 Eruo. I would like too understand why I was charged such a big difference. Regards Edward DiPetrillo.”

“The drivers and the cars are great except the app doesn’t work well for any changes. I requested a bigger car 1.5 hrs earlier than meeting time, they still sent the original car which could not accommodate us. Still made me pay for it. Not happy about it at all.”

“Drivers and cars faultless. Impeccable service. Telephone operators a complete nightmare. Cannot get instructions and addresses right in any way shape or form. Cars going to the wrong pick up location because of inadequate instructions on their App from the telephone consultants.”

“It is all about the personal contact. The amount of care and attention your driver Denis Bondoni was remarkable. It was a difficult journey due to the unexpected "general strike" in support of Gaza. He would not leave us until he was sure we were going to catch our train at Bologna Centrale. HE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY.”
