“I've used Blacklane 3 times now, the drivers have all been brilliant, and the app and messages worked perfectly until my last booking where the booking dissapeared from my app just when the pickup was due. The driver was there so it was just a glitch in the comms but it was a bit frustrating for the 15 minutes that I thought they had ghosted me. I would use them again though, it's a real treat to be picked up by someone reliable and nice in a fancy car.”

“I change two rides by one hour and was chared double on one instance and 140% more on the other - a €307 ride to the airport from central Paris. A taxi was €60. Seems like a rip off to me. Rob Sneddon”

“He arrived early. His vehicle was nice and clean. He was easy to find. Had the baby car seat set up as requested. The driver was very professional. It was our first time using blacklane, we will use them again.”

“The driver was prompt and helpful but there was some sort of fume in the car. When my wife and I got out after two hours of driving we both felt lightheaded and nauseous for about an hour. It then cleared up.”

“Driver almost an hour late for a midnight pickup. I received about 10 calls from different dispatchers and several notices of new drivers being allocated - all of them arriving AFTER the late arrival time of my original driver. It was a real mess and most unpleasant given the time of the night”
