“My order was to pick-up my daughter at LAX -- late at night/late flight. She said the driver was right there to meet her; he was polite and a good driver; sensitive to her exhaution after a long ordeal on flight. I am sorry I do not know the driver's name; however, he obviiously behaved in an exemplary fashion! THANK YOU. 5 Stars all around. MJB”

“Ordered two cars. Couldn’t see any of them in the app. And I only got a voucher for one of the cars. The other one I didn’t pay. I even send documentation of the lack of visibility in the app”

“Two drivers were assigned to this same trip. In addition, we received a message saying that the driver had left the pick-up location because the guest could not be located. This created the kind of problem we are trying to avoid.”

“Driver was driving too fast. Got into a car accident with my clients in the car. I called customer servcie and the did refund the ride and applied a 100 Euro credit to the client's next ride.”
