My order was to pick-up my daughter at LAX -- late at night/late flight. She said the driver was right there to meet her; he was polite and a good driver; sensitive to her exhaution after a long ordeal on flight. I am sorry I do not know the driver's name; however, he obviiously behaved in an exemplary fashion! THANK YOU. 5 Stars all around. MJB

Ordered two cars. Couldn’t see any of them in the app. And I only got a voucher for one of the cars. The other one I didn’t pay. I even send documentation of the lack of visibility in the app

Two drivers were assigned to this same trip. In addition, we received a message saying that the driver had left the pick-up location because the guest could not be located. This created the kind of problem we are trying to avoid.

The car service in Athens Greece was great. The driver gave clear instructions and met us timely upon the arrival of our flight. He was coureous and friendly. Really appreciated the elevated service. Thanks!

Driver was driving too fast. Got into a car accident with my clients in the car. I called customer servcie and the did refund the ride and applied a 100 Euro credit to the client's next ride.
