“Car and ride were excellent but it was a meet and greet and the driver was late and my son and his family had to meet him at the curb so he had no one to help and he has two small children.”

“My partner and I always book Blacklane for our airport and hotel transfers. “I couldn't be happier with the service Blacklane provided for me and my family. Used them to pick up at the airport and deliver to our house and then the return trip. They were on time and friendly. The cost was less than I thought it would be when booking the service. I will definately use them in the future. A+”

“Last trip I didn’t see a driver with sign for pickup. Finally I called him and the person sitting in the seating area picked up and showed me his sign. Not very attentive.”

“A Prompt and excellent service, I have booked for my family for a Airport pick up drop and felt very safe. The service is precise on time and courtesy, the driver was very accomidative. I always use the Black as a service worldwide whereever it is and possible to get a ride. The cars are of excellent and high standard, this is the reason, I use them and off course the very polite service provided by the drivers.”

“Not a great experience if you are a company trying to impress a client. In this case I was the client and my flight changed. I did everything I could do to contact your company and let you know my change. I was told by three different people that whoever booked it had to do the change… Well guess what, I’m the client, I have no idea who within the company booked it. I just got my own Uber. Not a great experience”
