“I paid for a meet and greet for my wife because she had lots of bags to carry. The driver text her and said to meet her at the curb because parking and walking takes too long. This should have been communicated prior to the booking.”

“I am the Sr. Executive Assistant to the President of a worldwide Biopharma company. I was having a very difficult time with one of your competitors, that provided service that extends across the US. They were late, rude, and finally didn't show for an airport pick up. I was forced to fire them and look else where. I am so grateful that I found your company. Your service is impeccable, absolutely no complaints. You provide all of the information on the Chauffeur, by text to my Boss so he is fully informed on the particulars prior to your arrival. I was the go between to provide that information to my Boss from the last company, whch was just another thing to potentially go wrong. Thank you so much for the consistency in your service and giving me one less thing to worry about.”

“Blacklane is our preferred car service provider. Always professional, on time and even when there have been delays they have never left us stranded. Not the cheapest car service, but definitely worth it.”
