The driver was professional, and very helpful. We were delayed almost 3 hours, and he still showed up on time ready to go. Put all our luggage away and help us in the car.

Driver was not very corteous and car was filthy. This has never happened before. I think you should check better. I consider your company excellent but this time it eas not up to the standards of Blacklane

You really do not want my review after what happened. Your driver after 5 minutes of leaving our hotel to go to the airport, hit the low rise concrete medium with the Cadillac Escalade and caused two flat tires. He proceeded to drive for 1/2 mile explaining he was checking tire pressure (I could see the screen and knew they were flat). I asked him to pull into the restaurant parking lot that we were by to have some protection and he could look at the tires. I let him fool around with the tires for a few minutes then called Blacklane canceled the booking and called Uber. We saved $100 and got to the airport. But maybe you need to give your drivers tests in the cars you assign them. He did not seem to understand it. No one can change two flat tires and they are made for long distance travel... Needless to say this was my first and last experience with you. Thank you

Our driver arrived on time to pick us up. The vehicle was clean, spacious and comfortable. We arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare and the driver expeditiously unloaded our luggage. It was a smooth experience.

Blacklane has been nothing short of fantastic. Across our European vacation Blacklane has had the most professional processes, service and drivers. They communicate via a series of emails leading up to the trip, and have been spot on every time. I wish Blacklane was available in all the countries we have visited.

The majority of our rides were great. WE did have one ride that was taking one of our surgeons from CAMLS to TPA and they notified the surgeon that they were running 20 minutes behind. We ended up having to call an Uber so the surgeon would not be late to the airport.

I’m writing to express our disappointment with the service we received during our recent trip. We booked two car transfers between Boston Logan Airport and Great Barrington (round trip). Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. Upon our arrival at Boston Logan, our flight was delayed due to a plane parking issue. Despite informing both the driver and your central dispatch by phone, no driver was present when we exited the airport. We were left waiting over an hour for a replacement, which led to complications with our hotel check-in and a very disrupted night. For our return trip, we attempted to change the pickup address in advance, but this change was not honored. The driver went to the original location, and we had to rush to meet him there, which caused additional stress. One of the main reasons I rely on professional drivers during business trips is to save time and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case on this occasion.

All worked spot ride from St Kilda Raod to Melbourne Airport. In particular I like the fact you receive the drivers mobile number well in advance of pickup and you can also view the app to see where the driver is.
