“Our driver, Mr. Viorel Gaimer was prompt (Early!) , professional in manner and in appearance. He was kind and courteous, helping us load/unload the bags in the Van, and we arrived in excellent time, as planned after a safe, comfortable journey. Your website is easy to navigate for bookings, and overall working with Blacklane for my 2nd time was an entirely positive experience.”

“A Mercedes Benz EQE as a shuttle vehicle is actually a very good idea, but it was very hard in our vehicle and you didn't really sit well on the rear bench seat either. The driver's driving style could be a bit smoother, he was very hectic”

“Blacklane cancelled our car within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup, then arranged an alternative service that would take two hours to arrive. This level of service falls significantly below our expectations, given the amount we paid. Extremely unreliable.”
