“Excellent customer service. Attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient. The driver Farhan was supurb. Courteous, punctual and able to negotiate heavy traffic and get me to a series of appointments over an entire day. Absolutely effortless.”

“Not sure what to say. The pick up was no problem He was a gentleman. I paid cash before we got in the car So I’m not sure why you are asking for money?”

“Gianni was a great driver and an amazing help!! Especially because the app makes it difficult to input a full address manually (leaving out key details like the Provincia. I felt safe and comfortable throughout and could not have been more delighted with the service. My earlier transfer from FCO was also top notch!!”

“We booked 4 journeys. The drivers never came out to greet us, one driver shouted at me for not using the door he expected me to use. We were only offered water once. One driver tried to persuade us to meet our nighttime return driver at a different location, which we declined. Never using this service again.”

“Everything about the service and the ride was great, but the technical stuff to get enrolled and confirm the trip was atrocious. It was so bad that I had to spend more than a day to get it sorted out especially the Blacklane site does not offer access to a customer service representative or a phone number to call. This is most inconsiderate and makes it very difficult as a customer.”
