“the driver well followed up my status. it wasted much time for immigration. when i pass the immigration, the driver changed to be another one and type of car. i booked benz or bmw but getting chevrolet. it made me dissatisfied.”

“Driver was late to meet us, on top of which the driver went to the wrong terminal so we had then to wait for him to make his way to the correct side of the airport. I had to cal lthe driver for this information, no courtesy of contacting me via phone or app to let me know. he did get us to our destination smoothly in a well prepared clean vehicle however. first and last time of using Blacklane.”

“Very happy with the Blacklane experience on both legs, i.e., to and from the airport. Drivers were on time and the cars were spacious and clean. Both rides got me to where I wanted to go quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use the service again next time I am in LA and fly with Emirates.”

“Faultless! An early trans-atlantic arrival would normally have resulted in a long wait for the pre-planned pick-up time, but not the case with our Blacklane transfer. Our helpful chauffeur assisted with luggage and was keen to ensure we were comfortably seated whilst he loaded our luggage, and a smooth and timely transfer to our destination followed. Yet another perfect experience!”

“Mr Jahangir Islam was amazing!! He waited when the plane was significantly delayed. He found us when I was having phone difficulties. He helped us take luggage to the car and chatted about his country. He was also a great driver. I would highly recommend your company anytime.”
