“Driver was courteous & friendly. Car was clean. Traffic made it difficult for the driver to arrive on time, maybe 10-15 minutes late. Driver stayed in constant contact with us keeping us aware of his distance from our location. We gave him our description and exact location. As he arrived he gave us his physical description. We spotted each other. He greeted us, collected our luggage & off we went. We chatted with him all the way to our hotel. He thanked us for using Black Lane & wished us Bon Voyage.”

“The lady did not speak good English, regretfully, was slow, not efficient and not enthusiastic to help us quickly. The result was that the passenger who needed an airport transfer went out to catch a taxi.”

“Driver was on time and waiting for us at the airport. He was very professional and his car was immaculate. He had a great knowledge of Singapore and pointed out a lot of features enroute to our hotel.”

“Blacklane is a superior car service that treats their clients very well. I used them in London during the tube strike. Communications by email were timely, giving me all the pertinent info including messages from the driver. Mohammed Ramzan was a wonderful driver, gentlemanly and polite. I throughly enjoyed my Blacklane experience and recommend them highly.”

“I request to log a complaint to Emirates chauffeur driver, Ka Tsun (Kanny) Chan, who picked me up at Hong Kong Airport on 17th September evening. His attitude and service was terrible. The driver slammed my luggages onto the ground when arrived the drop off destination. This resulted in immediate damage to one of the wheels of my luggages. Please reply to my email pandasa6688@gmail.com on how you would handle my case asap. Thank you.”

“This was the 1st time we used Blacklane for car service after a company event. Our employee stated how profesisonal the chauffeur was. Communication was top notch with updates on chauffeur inofrmation and arrival at desitination. The guests were VERY impressed with everything!”
