I was very impressed with the excellent level of professionalism & personability of my driver Damien. I felt very comfortable once I saw my name on his board. He was so informative on the drive to my hotel, pointing out buildings and landmarks that I would not have known about. I would highly recommend Blacklane.

I have been a long time customer of Blacklane and I feel like the service has been diminishing over time. The drivers are not as professional as before (example: my driver did not hold up a name card and I wasn’t able to call him so I had to search for someone who looked like the image on the app). Many issues have arisen with the car and wrong driver being sent as well as multiple no shows. At this price point it should be a smooth experience with excellent customer service. I even got sent discount codes that did not work and had to chat to an agent for 1 hour just to confirm that yes indeed I am entitled to the code and to get it applied. If I find another drop off service I may just switch. I’m only a customer right now out of need for an airport drop off service.

I booked my Blacklane ride to London Heathrow 2.5 weeks in advance to avoid last-minute travel stress. An hour before pickup, I even received a notification that my driver was on the way. Shockingly, the ride was canceled just 30 minutes before pickup. This was completely unacceptable. With Tube strikes happening that day, I had almost no alternatives and nearly missed my international flight. A premium pre-booked chauffeur service should never fail its customers like this, especially with no time to recover. I will never book with Blacklane again. If you value reliability and peace of mind before a flight, look elsewhere.

Blacklane pick up at the Globe Theatre left us without a ride. I would think you had a means to know when the show time actually ended. The show ran longer & we hurried out the door 10 min before it ended to our Blacklane ride. He would not wait. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
