“My family was extremely pleased with the services provided by Blacklane while vacationing in Austria. All drivers were extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. My only feedback for improvement is that not all drivers responded to text messages that I sent through the app, whether they were not able to or just did not respond; however, overall we were very pleased and would definitely use and refer Blacklane services in the future.”

“I really enoy using Blacklane. Their notifications on the day of travel are efficient and appreciated. The ability to know when to expect the car is very reassuring. I also like that Blacklane is international. In the past month I've used Blacklane in Madrid, Barcelona, and Fort Lauderdale.”

“I had an excellent experience with Blacklane for my transfer from JFK to Jersey City. Our driver arrived in a Chevy Suburban that was spotless and extremely spacious—it easily fit our two checked bags and still gave me plenty of room to sit comfortably (which I really appreciated being six months pregnant). There was a lot of traffic leaving JFK and heading past Manhattan, but our driver handled it smoothly and kept the ride calm, safe, and pleasant the entire way. The Suburban rode beautifully, and the driver’s professionalism made the whole trip completely stress-free. Highly recommend Blacklane for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable airport transfer. I will definitely use them again.”
