“Terrible. Ship disembarkation was delayed. Iwas in contact with the driver but he left. Black lane never sent a back up .had to make a new booking wait 4 hours and pay again ($525) to get to Hamburg from bremerhaven. Will never use them again”

“The driver came late and there was no communication. The hotel had to call twice. The first driver canceled the pickup. The second driver had to take the blame. He was a very good driver and nice. We got to the airport almost too late.”

“We booked Blacklane for our transfer from Barcelona airport to our Airbnb. We were a group of 4 with 6 pieces of luggage. Luckily there happened to be a promo for our transfer so it made the decision easy for us. Our driver was on time and very professional. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. I don’t know if I would have booked without the promo discount but if you need a transfer confirmed in advance and the price is acceptable to you, I would definitely recommend Blacklane.”

“Service excellent but why does your website not recognise the address submitted and why can yousaloon merchant not cope with the common 2 people each with one hold and one cabin piece of luggage?”
