“I believe you have a very good service, but in my expectation to class it has great, I would love to see an improvement on the ability to book with less than 60min. In my case I deal with 2 director that can have their plans shift at any moment, and having that flexebility, for me that would elevate your service from Good to Great!”

“A really wonderful ride in great comfort but alas very expensive. Chauffeur was excellent but the cost was more than double the usual fare I pay with Uber - so not affordable”

“Very unhappy with the service and I now have concerns about trusting blacklane for my clients as well. I waited over 30 minutes in Baggage claim and the driver was no where in site. "Traffic" was the excuse. Thats no excuse. She should have planned accordingly. The reason I booked blacklane was so that I could leave the airport quickly after my long trip and not wait. I could have ubered much faster and for far less money.”

“Black lane luxury car 10/10 black lane driver 7/10 Black lane website 2/10 Black Lane updates and messages 1/10 Black lane sent not one but TWO automatic messages with FALSE information about my airport booking. It said flight had been DELAYED by 12 hours and therefore the airport booking had been CHANGED as well. These automated FALSE messages came through when I was sitting onboard my flight. It caused extreme distress and unnecessary panic. Direct contact with the driver was advised and the driver confirmed that he would be waiting as planned at the original time. Even though I complained - the message came a second time. I have no plans to use Black Lane again.”
