“I had scheduled two rides for my clients - one from the airport to hotel and one from the hotel to the airport. The pickup at the airport went great. The pickup from the hotel did not happen. Less than 12 hours before, no chauffeur had been assigned so my client called Blacklane only to be told that there was no reservation in the system. This was false. We both had a confirmation email for it and I could see it in my bookings. I had to cancel this “non-existent” reservation and they took a Lyft instead.”
