Driver arrived early. Very efficient, very safe, comfortable ride. Good communication, good service. Clean, new, luxury vehicle. Even had good wifi in the car. What more can I say?

Service was excellent-timing, courtesy, professionalis. BUT, it is dramatically overpriced. I had hoped to book in advance but there was some uncertainty about timing so I was constrained into booking same day. The already expensive ride price had increased by 40%, which is ridiculous. I was using a credit card perk so I went forward with the booking, nevertheless. Absent that perk, I would not have booked the ride with Blacklane. Three times the price of what I might have paid with Uber,

I tried communicating to the driver via the app with no response. We had to wait outside for the car, no one was inside holding the sign. Why ask what we want on the sign if no one is going to be holding it, or helping the ladies with their bags to the car. Vehicle had check engine light on, had no water bottles for us etc. Should have just used Uber and paid half the money, the experience would have been better and half the price. This was my first experience with Blacklane and will probably be my last.

I didn't have any difficulties with them in (admittedly limited) past usage, but a recent experience in Dublin, and the very poor team response to it, has put me off them and I'll be looking for alternatives in the future.

It was an excellent service to use when I was in Switzerland (where most app-based car services have limited availability). I was truly impressed with the quality of service and the vehicle provided. Here in New York, it's much less impressive though. When I order a Mercedes-Benz E-Class or similar, I should NOT be getting dispatched a Chevy Suburban. That's not a luxury vehicle and not similar to a Mercedes in any way. Because of these differences between geographies, I rate Blacklane only three stars.

so far everything has been great. However there was one trip on Dec 19, where my boss landed very late like 11p, and the driver was not accommodating to pick him up at the level and door he was at. My boss even texted him saying he was on level 2, door X. The driver then said, well i am at arrivals level, and proceeded to give him a hard time about looping around to come get him up on level 2. He didnt give a bad review of the driver bec he often gets the same drivers, but if someone could contact me so he does not get this driver in the future, it would be appreciated.

Your service to us was amazing. 10 rating out of 10. The gentleman who picked us up was very curtious. He came to the baggage belt. Helped us as we were on wheel chair. Picked our bags to the beautiful Cadillac Escalade. Asked us the temp. in the SUV. Took out our bags at the hotel. A very good experience. Thanks
